Marisa's passion for
the beauty and fashion industry led her to become a
successful stylist with expertise and focus in color.
She is a graduate of the Michigan College of Beauty.
After spending 5 years at RED the salon in Birmingham, she
is excited to call
Pintura SalonSpa her
new home.
Constantly keeping up with the latest trends and techniques,
she has taken courses taught by renowned master stylists at
the Redken Exchange in New York, Bumble and Bumble, and the
Vidal Sassoon Academy in Miami.
Marisa has worked
closely with professional photographers in the fashion
industry, styling hair for numerous photo-shoots,
editorials, advertisements and television. Her
work has been seen in advertisements and publications
including Hour Magazine, Style Magazine, Visit Detroit
Magazine, Dodge, Walmart, and Great Lakes Crossing.
Her
work has also been seen in runway presentations for
Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Somerset Collection, Roma
Sposa, Giorgio Armani Show at the D.I.A., and the Concourse
D'Elegance.
In addition, she has
also styled the hair for television and media segments
including WDIV Channel 4, for a special "Grammy Gowns
with Designer to the Stars Peter Soronen" segment, and a
WDIV "Spring Fashions" segment.
Marisa is the
go-to-girl for amazing blowouts and color!
